How quickly can you reach me in an emergency?+
For most jobs across South Yorkshire we aim to be on site within 30–60 minutes. Call 07908 180451 for an honest ETA.
Do you charge a call-out fee?+
Call or WhatsApp us for an accurate quote — we'll confirm the price before any work begins.
Are you insured and DBS checked?+
Yes — full public liability insurance and our locksmith is DBS checked.
Will you damage my door or lock?+
We use non-destructive entry techniques wherever possible to avoid the cost of a new lock.
Do you cover commercial premises?+
Yes — offices, shops, landlords and businesses. Emergency response and scheduled work.
Can you install smart locks?+
Yes — we install and configure keyless and keypad smart locks from leading manufacturers.
Can you open a car door?+
Only in limited situations where the key is visible. We don't operate as a full automotive locksmith.
Do you work on Saturdays?+
Yes — we work 24/7, including Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Do you offer safe opening services?+
Yes — we open home and business safes, including lost combinations, jammed mechanisms and emergency access. We always aim for the safest, least invasive solution, but depending on the type of safe and the condition of the lock or mechanism, destructive entry may be required. In many cases this means the safe may not be reusable afterwards. Call or WhatsApp us first to discuss your safe before we attend.
